REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with every item that you purchase from elitethreadz.com. Unused, unwashed or defective merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

International customers are given an extension to the 30-day deadline depending on the shipping transit time. Please contact us to make sure your return is eligible.

Please note: Shipping & handling is not refundable. All gift cards, e-gift certificates, swimwear, boardshorts, underwear, body jewelry and clearance merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange. If non-returnable merchandise is sent back to us, please be advised we will need to charge your original payment method to reship your item(s) back to you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please mail the merchandise you would like to return with the Returns and Exchanges form. Make sure you fill in the form completely to avoid processing delays.

If approved, a refund will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping & handling is not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please mail the merchandise you would like to return or exchange with the Returns and Exchanges form. Make sure you fill in the Returns and Exchanges form completely to avoid processing delays.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance for your own protection. This will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. EliteThreadz.com is not responsible for returns or exchanges lost during shipping.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing once we receive your return/exchange package. For International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.


EXCHANGES
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@elitethreadz.com and send your item to:

Please mail the merchandise you would like to exchange with the Returns and Exchanges form and indicate the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange. Make sure you fill in the form completely to avoid processing delays.

Your original payment method will be charged or credited for the difference in merchandise price when the exchange is processed. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as new shipping charges to receive the exchanged product(s).

We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your exchange is processed. In this case, we will contact you. If we are unable to reach you, your original form of payment will be refunded.


INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We recommend you that you place a new order for the desired item(s) and return the original merchandise to us for a refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping & handling is not refundable.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If you received damaged/defective merchandise or the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon arrival so we can make it right. Email us at info@elitethreadz.com Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.


NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE

Please be advised that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged. All EliteThreadz gift cards, EliteThreadz e-girt certificates, bathing suits, bikinis, boardshorts, underwear, body jewelry and clearance merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping & handling is not refundable. Please note: If non-returnable merchandise is sent back to us, we will need to charge your original payment method to reship your item(s) back to you.
